Hatha Style Yoga with Julie

We will begin our practice with some breath work and slow warm ups before building a slow intentional sequence together. There will be a strong focus on linking breath to movement, anatomical alignment and finding what version of a pose works for your individual body. Props and modifications will be available for everyone. Towards the end of practice we will slow down and enjoy some longer restorative postures to release and restore our bodies before heading out into the world again! Atmosphere will be friendly, welcoming and inclusive 🙂
