Zoom Yoga with Pam

Schedule:

Joining a class:

Email Pam to get the Zoom link to join her classes.

Payment can be made by:

  • Sending cash or check made out to Pam to her home, either before or after you take a class or several classes
  • Use PayPal, friends and family, using the email pjlindberg@gmail.com.
  • Use Venmo using pjlindberg@gmail.com or 734-972-1911.
  • If you can’t afford to pay, please don’t let that be a barrier. Call or email Pam to work out an arrangement.

Zoom Feldenkrais with Dale

Joining a class:

Email Dale to get the Zoom link to join his classes. All classes are drop-in. You can purchase a Michigan Feldenkrais class card to participate or use your Harmony In Motion Studio class card. If you are unable to pay at this time, please let Dale know.

"Open-Air" Outdoor Yoga with Lisa

Tentative Schedule:

  • Wednesdays 11:00 am - 12:15 pm
  • Friday 10:15 am - 11:30 am

OUTDOOR CLASSES WILL RESUME SOON - STAY TUNED. Lisa is teaching all-levels supported yoga outdoors with social distancing practices in place. You are encouraged to bring your own props. If you do not have props, you will be able to borrow cleaned/disinfected school materials. Please bring a large towel with you.  Contact Lisa (734) 353-7766 for current schedule, changes due to weather and any other questions you may have.

 


Zoom Nia with Teresa

Schedule:

  • Sundays at 2:00 - 3:00 pm
  • Tuesdays at 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Teresa has been teaching Nia for years, but she started teaching Nia at Harmony In Motion Studio just before we had to close. Nia is a full-body (physical, mental, emotion and spirit) wellness movement practice. It combines 52 moves which are designed and guided by the body's way with consciously chosen music to provide an open invitation to move something, heal something, feel something. This class is available to everyBODY! It can be adapted to allow you to move in your body's way, while staying connect to pleasure and the joy of movement. Delivered via Zoom.

For now, both classes are Teresa's gift to you.

After each session, Teresa will stay on for anyBODY who wants to hang out for a few minutes in commUNITY.
